Episode 11: Transcendental Meditation

Based in Bangkok, Chris talks about his experience with TM and the many benefits of this life changing meditation practice.

Transcendental Meditation involves the use of a silently-used mantra for 20 minutes twice per day while sitting with the eyes closed. It is one of the most widely practiced and among the most widely researched, meditation techniques with hundreds of published research studies.
